  • Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY)
  • Central (CBPL) and State Below Poverty Line (SBPL)
  • Homeless
  • Head of the household is a disabled person
  • Headed by a widow or single women (unmarried/separated/deserted)
  • Landless agricultural labourers
  • Small and marginal farmers (owning land upto 5.0 acres of any type)
Occupationally vulnerable where the main source of income is from one of more of these:
  • Cultivation
  • Manual casual labour
  • Part-time or full-time domestic service
  • Foraging /rag picking
  • Non-agricultural Own Account Enterprise
  • Begging/Charity/Alms Collection
  • Others, as specified
Excluded Households
  • Income tax payers
  • VAT assesses registered under Haryana VAT Act 2003
  • Service tax payers
  • Professional tax payers
  • More than 2 hectares (5 acres) of land of any type
  • Owning motorised four wheeler
  • Owns/operates an enterprise(s) registered with the Government
  • Owns mechanised four wheeler agricultural equipment(s)
  • All government employees (other than contractual/work charged/ daily wagers) of Government of India, State Government and Union Territories or its boards/corporations/enterprises/undertakings, other autonomous bodies/Authorities such as Universities etc., Municipal Corporations, Municipal Councils, Municipal Committees, Improvement Trusts etc
  • Annual income of more than ₹2 lakh from all sources
  • Excluded as per criteria, prescribed by the Government

  • All employees (other than contractual/work charged/ daily wagers) of Government of India, State Government and Union Territories or its boards/corporations/enterprises/undertakings, other autonomous bodies/Authorities such as Universities etc., Municipal Corporations, Municipal Councils, Municipal Committees, Improvement Trusts etc

  • Excluded as per criteria, as may be prescribed by the Government
