Eligibility

Priority Households 
बीपीएल राशन कार्ड धारियों के साथ-साथ निम्नलिखित श्रेणियों के गैर-बीपीएल परिवार भीवरीयता प्राप्त परिवारों की श्रेणी में आएंगेः
1. मध्य प्रदेश भवन एवं अन्य संनिर्माण कर्मकार कल्याण मंडल में पंजीकृत सभी कामगार और उनपर निर्भर परिवार के सदस्य,
2. ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के सभी भूमिहीन खेतिहर मजदूर जो मुख्यमंत्री मजदूर सुरक्षा योजना के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत हैं और उनपर निर्भर परिवार के सदस्य,
3. वे सभी व्यक्ति जो शहरी क्षेत्रों में साइकिल रिक्शा चालक कल्याण योजना और हाथ-ठेला चालक कल्याण योजना के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत हैं और उनपर निर्भर परिवार के सदस्य,
4. सामजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन के लाभार्थी और उनपर निर्भर परिवार के सदस्य,
5. अनाथालयों, विकलांग / निराश्रय हॉस्टल और मुफ्त में संचालित वृद्धाश्रमों के सहवासी,
6. शहरी घरेलू कामकाजी महिला श्रमिक
7. फेरीवाले
8. वनाधिकार पट्टेधारी,
9. रेलवे में पंजीकृत कूली (रेलवे स्टेशन मास्टर के अनुसार बताई संख्या),
10. मंडियों के लाइसेंसधारी ढुलाई मजदूर (कृषि उपज मंडी सचिव के अनुसार बताई संख्या),
11. बंद पड़ी मिलों के पूर्व-नियुक्त मजदूर,
12. बीड़ी मजदूर कल्याण निधि कानून 1972 के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत बीड़ी मजदूर,
13. सभी भूमिहीन कोटवार,
14.कुटीर व हथकरघा उद्योग बोर्ड / विभाग में पंजीकृत बुनकर व शिल्पकार,
15.नागरिक निकायों में पंजीकृत केश-प्रसाधक,
16. बहु-विकलांगत और मानसिक रूप से अवरुद्ध व्यक्ति जो पंजीकृत हैं,
17. एच.आइ.वी. पॉज़िटिव व्यक्ति, (16 और 17 श्रेणियों में आनेवले व्यक्तियों के माता-पिता, जीवनसाथी, अविवाहित सहोदर व बच्चे भी शामिल हैं),
18. मध्य प्रदेश के सभी अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति में आने वाले परिवार (उन्हें छोड़कर जो आयकर जमा करते हैं या वर्ग I, II, या III के सरकारी कर्मचारी हैं)।
