k. Sahariya and Kathori Tribal Families
l. Families of Legally Rehabilitated Bonded Labour
m.Construction Labour registered with the Labour Department
n. All the registered orphanages and old-age homes

1. Income tax payers
2. Government employee, semi government employee, or with a pension of more than one lakh a year
3. Four wheeler excluding those for earning their livelihood
4. Pucca house of more than 1000 square feet in the Municipal area
5. House of more than 1500 square feet in the nagar palika area
6. An income of more than one lakh in a year
7. Land holding more than the limits of small farmer

5. Families having an income of more than 1 lakh in a year
