Age Proof (Birth Certificate or Death Certificate in Widow Pension)

The Application Form with the required documents at the office of Joint Director at Chhattisgarh Public Relations Department


Process

An enquiry team enquires into the authenticity of the information given by the applicant . 
If accepted, the enquiry committee whether to provide pension in cash directly to the applicant or deposit the pension in the respective bank account of the applicant.

Bank account of head of panchayat (Sarpanch), who would withdraw it and give the pensions to the benefeciaries in a village meeting
