Landless farm/labour women Destitute widows Divorcee

women in divorce process

physically harassed or rape victim

wives of prisoners who are family head liberated prostitutes

Orphaned girls

The woman should be the resident of Maharashtra for 15 years

 

₹250/- p.m. financial assistance per head is provided on quarterly basis to the beneficiaries.

 

In case of two family members aid of ₹500/- p.m. and for more than two family members aid of ₹625/- p.m. is being provided under the scheme.

Family Benefit

 

·         Age 18-64 years

·         His/her family's annual income should not exceed Rs. 15,000

Deceased should be primary breadwinner-his/her earning contribute  the largest proportion to the total  household income.

Disabled Persons

   

Age group 18 to 65 years.

Persons belonging to Below Poverty Line family.

Persons should be the resident of state for 15 years  

Person should be:

Blind

Handicapped

Suffering from T.B./ Paralysis/ Brain Hemorrhage/ Cancer/Aids persons (men & women)

Person should not able to earn livelihood themselves i.e. should not have permanent  income source.

Person should not be beggar or resides in Institute run by or getting funds by Govt. / Charitable trust.

Applicable for economically destitute widows.

 

₹ 250/- p.m. financial assistance per head is provided on quarterly basis to the beneficiaries.

In case of economically destitute widows for two family members aid of ₹  500/- p.m. and for more than two family members aid of ₹  625/- p.m. is provided   under the scheme.

Rural landless labourer

   

Should be rural landless labour (Not have any agricultural land)

Age should be 18-59 years

SUBMIT

 

The Applicant has to apply in prescribed Application Form (in two copies) to Naib Tahsildar (S.G.Y.) of the concerned Tahsil Office. The following additional documents have to be submitted by the following class of beneficiaries:-

          1.    Elderly:   

          Income Certificate signed by concerned Talathi & Revenue Inspector

          Proof of Residence Proof of Age

          Two copies of photograph

          Affidavit declaring non-residence of any Govt. Financial Institute or Authority Aided Institute or home.

 

2.    Disabled:

Income Certificate signed by concerned Talathi & Revenue Inspector

Proof of Residence

Proof of Age

Two copies of family photograph

Affidavit declaring non residence of any Govt., Financial Institute or Authority Aided Institute or home Birth Certificate of Children

Husband's Death Certificate

 

          3.    Widows-

         Income Certificate signed by concerned Talathi & Revenue Inspector 

         Income Certificate signed by concerned Talathi & Revenue Inspector

         Proof of Residence

         Proof of Age  

         Two copies of family photograph

        4.    Destitute Women:-

a.    Abandoned Women: Certificate from concerned Police Patil & Sarpanch for abandonment of women

b.    Physically harassed women: Certificate from Medical Superintendent of Urban/Rural Hospital / Medical College

                                                           Certificate from concerned P.S.I/P.I.

c.    Women in divorce process: Certificate from concerned Police Patil and Sarpanch

d.    Wives of prisoners who are family head: Certificate from Prison Officer

e.    Liberated prostitutes: Certificate from concerned P.S.I./P.I.

                                        Certificate from Social Activates of Women & Child Development Department

f.     Orphaned girls: Certificate from concerned Gramsewak/ Chief Officer, Municipal council/ Ward Officer of Municipal Corporation.

 

   5.    Family benefit: Age certificate of the deceased Death Certificate

                               Certificate issued by talathi /Gramsevak  certifying deceased was  Earning Head of the family

                               Income certificate issued by talathi /Gramsevak and countersigned by Tahsildar.

 

            6.    Rural landless labourer: Any Age proof viz. Certificate of age issued by Medical Officer

                                                     Age in electoral roll

                                                     School leaving certificate

                                                     Landless remark by Talathi on Schedule 'C'
