| 1. The primary breadwinner shall be a member whose earnings contribute substantially to the household income. 2. Handicapped | 1. The age of disabled shall be between 18-64 yrs 2. The applicant must belong to a household below the poverty line according to the criteria prescribed by the Government of India. |
Unemployment | Disabled people who are enrolled in the Employment Exchange for two years and have not been placed in any gainful employment | Disabled | 1.
