Process

Submit application to the district deputy commissioner who shall carry out detailed enquiries on financial position and age.

In case of disabled person the applicants shall be accompanied by a certificate from district medical officer specifying the nature of infirmity and whether it is permanent or not. From ASM/ZPM/VP/MLA or any gazetted officer in absence of  magistrate.
