All the paper applications have to be submitted in person at the local block office or at the headquarters (at Gangtok) 

Process

On the receipt of any application the prescribed committee will scrutinize and verify all the documents, then send the copy of order and grant of pension to the district collector, sub-division magistrate, revenue officer and panchayat. The payment of the pension amount is made by the Secretary and the disbursement of pension takes place at the office of block development officer.

The amount of pension can be received from the post office savings account
